Kaspr alternative: 4 tools compared in 2026

What Kaspr does, what it costs per user, what its terms say about its unlimited emails and about your LinkedIn account. Then four alternatives, each with its prices and sources.

Kaspr is a Chrome extension. When you open a LinkedIn profile, it reveals, for a credit, the person's email and phone number. Kaspr was born in France and has belonged to the British group Cognism since 2022. This article compares three points: the price per user, the lack of a search of its own, and your LinkedIn account.

This article is written by the FindMyLead team, one of the tools compared. The other tools' prices were read on their pages on 14 October 2026, with links.

What Kaspr does

Kaspr works on LinkedIn, on Sales Navigator from Starter and on Recruiter Lite with Business. You search for people in LinkedIn, then Kaspr reveals their contact details, profile by profile or from a file. It has no people search of its own.

It needs your LinkedIn account. Its extension page says so: "You'll need to sync Kaspr with your personal LinkedIn account to start revealing contact details" (Kaspr's extension page). Its help center adds: "To use Kaspr, a minimum of 20 connections on your LinkedIn account is required" (Kaspr prices, help center).

Kaspr gives phone numbers. A number costs one phone credit per person, however many numbers are found (Kaspr credits). Its pricing and product pages offer no email campaigns and no message writing.

Their LinkedIn and their email, in one sentence.

Kaspr's pricing page

For a team of three on Starter, the arithmetic gives €177 a month without commitment (Kaspr's pricing page). Credits are shared between users and, on paid plans, unused credits roll over to the next month.

The Free plan has no stated time limit and needs no credit card.

The "unlimited" emails have a limit

To the question "Is there a limit to unlimited B2B emails?", the pricing page points to the terms of use. They say these credits must be used reasonably and that a cap of 10,000 credits per account per month applies (Kaspr's terms). The same terms treat any use of these unlimited credits through an API or a robot as abusive, with possible suspension of the account.

The cap applies to the whole account, not per user.

Kaspr and your LinkedIn account

Kaspr's help center has a section titled "I got blocked on LinkedIn, now what?" (Kaspr's profile visit guidelines). It says:

  • if you were logged out of LinkedIn after using the extension, "This is usually not due to our extension, but rather a sudden increase in your LinkedIn activity";
  • "Going profile to profile and revealing contact information via the Kaspr Chrome Extension is more likely to get flagged than launching an enrichment workflow";
  • Kaspr offers an option to hide the extension, to help its users avoid LinkedIn restrictions.

Kaspr adds that its extension does not scrape LinkedIn data, that you are not breaching LinkedIn's terms and that you won't lose your account. Yet it documents the logouts itself, and it is your LinkedIn account that risks being flagged. If LinkedIn is your first channel, that is a risk to weigh.

Kaspr alternatives

FindMyLead: start from the person

FindMyLead starts from the person, not from an open profile. You describe who you are looking for in one sentence, for example "HR directors in Bordeaux, companies of 20 to 200 employees". You see how many people match and who they are, for free.

A dated example: "Directors of consulting firms with 10 to 49 employees in Île-de-France", 1,326 people in October 2026, with their job, their company and their LinkedIn profile (the founder use case).

One credit pays for a contact and their LinkedIn profile. Their work email is looked up at no extra credit, found or not. The AI then writes a LinkedIn message and an email for each person; the user reviews them before sending.

Emails go out from addresses created in the name of the user's company, with automatic follow-ups. FindMyLead never acts on the user's LinkedIn account: they open the profile and send the prepared message themselves.

FindMyLead costs €69 a month for 500 credits, for the whole team, without commitment. VAT does not apply: the price shown is the price paid (our pricing). It does not give mobile numbers yet: if that is what you need today, Kaspr or the tools below do it.

Pharow: phone numbers by credits, in France

Pharow is a French tool that builds lists of companies and prospects in France. Email is included in the subscription; a phone number costs 10 credits, and none if nothing is found. The Essentiel plan costs €139 excluding VAT a month without commitment, with 1,000 credits and one user (Pharow's pricing page).

Pharow only looks for a director's mobile when the director has a LinkedIn profile, which is 22.4% of the directors in its base according to its own article (Pharow's article of 1 October 2026). It does not send messages. We compare it in detail in Pharow or FindMyLead.

lemlist: a people database and sending

lemlist claims a database of more than 450 million contacts (lemlist's database). A found email costs 5 credits and a number 20 (lemlist credits).

The Email plan costs €69 excluding VAT a month, with no credits included; the Multichannel plan costs €109 excluding VAT a month per user, with 400 credits per user and LinkedIn automation (lemlist's pricing page, lemlist credits, lemlist prices, help center). Details in lemlist: pricing and reviews.

Apollo: a large database, in dollars

Apollo claims 240 million contacts and 30 million companies. Its Basic plan costs $65 per seat per month without commitment, excluding taxes, with 2,500 credits; an email costs 1 credit, a number 8 (Apollo's pricing page).

Email campaigns are included in every account; unused credits expire each billing period.

  • you already search for prospects in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, and only their contact details are missing;
  • you work alone or in pairs, and a free plan to start with matters to you;

  • you want to keep your unused credits from one month to the next.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Kaspr cost per month?

Without commitment, €59 a month per user for Starter and €99 for Business. With a yearly commitment, €45 and €79 (Kaspr prices, help center). A free plan exists, with 15 business emails and 5 phone credits a month.

Are Kaspr's emails really unlimited?

No. Its terms set a cap of 10,000 credits per account per month, and treat any use of these unlimited emails through an API or a robot as abusive (Kaspr's terms).

Does using Kaspr put my LinkedIn account at risk?

Kaspr writes that a user may be logged out of LinkedIn after using the extension, and puts it down to a sudden rise in activity. It adds that its extension does not scrape LinkedIn data and that you won't lose your account (Kaspr's profile visit guidelines).

Which Kaspr alternative does not go through LinkedIn?

Pharow, lemlist and Apollo have their own people search; Kaspr has its own contact database, but you reach it through LinkedIn. FindMyLead also finds people without going through the user's LinkedIn session, and never acts on their account. To compare other sending tools, read our lemlist alternatives comparison.

Describe who you are looking for. FindMyLead finds them.

  • In plain words, as to a colleague. “Directors of communication agencies in Nantes.”
  • Seeing the people is free. One credit only for those you add to a list.
  • Their LinkedIn and their email. And a first message written for each one.
