7. Free trial, subscriptions and quotas
FindMyLead offers a 14-day free trial, followed by paid subscription plans. Details are available on our Pricing page.
Payment and renewal terms are detailed in our Terms of sale.
7.1 Usage quotas
Each paid subscription plan includes a monthly number of credits, spent according to the rates shown in the service before each addition (one credit per contact). Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the following month, except on a move to a higher plan: they are then added to the new plan's credits until the next renewal. Credits may also be bought once, under the conditions of our Terms of Sale. Sending campaigns is included in paid subscriptions, within a daily limit.
Sending campaigns is subject to our Responsible sending policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7.2 Free trial
Every newly created account benefits from a free trial, on the following terms:
- Duration: 14 days (336 hours) from the creation of the account. An account created before version 1.4 of these Terms keeps the trial end date it was given.
- Content: 25 credits for the whole trial. They are never renewed.
- No bank card: no payment method is requested at signup, and the trial never leads to a charge.
- At the end of the trial: the account remains accessible. You can view and export your lists and your contacts, and search for new people. Adding them to a list, creating lists and preparing campaigns requires a paid subscription. The same applies at the end of a cancelled subscription.
- First subscription offer: a team that has never subscribed gets 20% off its first month of subscription if it subscribes between the last day of the trial and 7 days after it ends. The discount is applied automatically at payment.
- Existing accounts: accounts created before the free trial was introduced received a 7-day trial starting on the day it was introduced.
