1. Your Right to Object
In accordance with article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes.
If you receive commercial emails from FindMyLead users and no longer wish to receive them, you may request global unsubscription at any time.
Once your request has been processed, your email address will be added to our global suppression list. You will no longer receive any marketing emails from users of our platform.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
Option 1: Unsubscribe link
Each email sent via FindMyLead contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. By clicking this link, you will be immediately unsubscribed from the sender's mailing list.
Option 2: Global request to DPO
For global unsubscription (all FindMyLead users), contact our Data Protection Officer directly:

3. Information to Provide
To process your unsubscription request, please provide us with:
- The email address concerned — the one on which you receive commercial emails
- Your explicit request — clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to object
For security reasons, your request must be sent from the email address you wish to unsubscribe, or you will need to provide proof of ownership.
4. Processing Time
In accordance with GDPR, your request will be processed within a maximum period of 30 jours.
In practice, we strive to process unsubscription requests within 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your address has been added to our suppression list.
5. Legal Basis
This right is guaranteed to you by article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR).

« The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her [...]. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing. »
